  Hi there!

  I can see that your subscription has already been canceled and a refund has already been issued from our end. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing

  Depending on your credit card service provider, it can take a week or two for the refunded money to be added back to your account. For more information on how we refund, you can see this page: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/#how-will-you-refund-my-payment

  I noticed that you canceled the domain that was renewed. Are you sure you don’t need the domain anymore? You risk losing the domain permanently and it will be more expensive in the future to get the domain back. I wanted to make sure you’re aware of that as domains can be tricky to deal with sometimes.
