Hi,
The help section says I can get a refund on a domain registration within 48 hours, but all I’ve been refunded is for the plan upgrade, even though I cancelled the domain. I’d like a full refund – can you help?

I’ve removed the duplicate posts. It sometimes happens following a technical glitch, but there was another site mentioned there as well eyelashzine.wordpress.com.
As far as refunding the domain, be aware that if your intention in cancelling is to purchase that domain somewhere else, there is no guarantee that it will become available. Here’s more about domain cancellation: https://en.support.wordpress.com/cancel-domain/
If that is what you intend to do, I suggest that rather than cancel the domain, you point the domain to wherever you are going to host if not here on WordPressdotcom.
