    Hello! I am not using wordpress anymore. I want a refund for the 112 that was taken from my bank account this month.

    Refunds have time limits. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.

    Note: It takes 10 business days for the refund to be received.

    Canceling upgrades
    You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

    1. What is the domain URL? Do you want to use the domain URL on another site?
    2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
    3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
    4. When was the upgrade purchased?
    5. When did the refund request and upgrade cancellation take place?

    I see that we processed a refund for C$129.00 on 12/1/16. This is the last transaction on this account.

    Refund typically take up to ten business days to post back in your account .If you have not received a refund yet, I suggest contacting your bank to inquire about any delays.
