  To whom it may concerns,

  I have just received a message that my account was renew without my approval, so I have asked for a refund and cancelled my membership. I would like to know when my payment will be refunded.

  You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about a week to appear on your statement.
