I just purchased an upgrade. How do I get my refund if the support team isn’t around?

Click on your own link and you’ll see that the support staff is gone for the holidays.
What I’m saying is that there is a 48 hour refund period, but the support staff won’t be back in time. Will I still get my refund or is there something I have to do?

I am aware of the holiday hours. I am also aware that Staff checks these threads. I saw a staff member enter another forum thread on the same topic just yesterday and take care of such an issue. My best advice it to file a support ticket and wait patiently for Staff to get to you.
