  Thank you for your support request:

  Dear Sir/Madam,

  My sites:

  http://metodothev.wordpress.com
  http://isidebeauty.wordpress.com
  http://physiosystem.wordpress.com
  http://villakropolis.wordpress.com

  were recently automatically renewed. I do not wish to renew these sites, and want to prevent any further automatic renewals in the future. What is the simplest way to do this? Thanks.

  Hi Stefania,

  It looks like each of the renewals for those sites were for custom domain registrations. We can certainly cancel and refund your domain registration and mapping upgrades. However, if we cancel your ownership of a domain, you may not be able to get it back in the future — here, or at a different registrar. Is this okay with you?

  Please let me know by November 5, 2011 :)

  Yes, please. I have no reason to mantain the ownership of those domains. So it’s okay for me to cancel. Thank you so much!!
