  Buenas tardes, me contacto porque utilicé durante período de prueba wordpress.com (plan básico) por un costo de 35,88usd, luego lo cerré y se emitió una factura por 22,88usd de reintegro.
  Dos consultas:
  1) Aún no veo el impacto de -22,88usd en mi tarjeta de crédito, cuándo lo voy a ver?
  2) Por qué no se me reintegró el total?

  I’ve issued a refund for the remaining $13 as well. Refunds usually take about 10 business days, but it sometimes take longer for non-US banks. You will need to contact your bank directly if you haven’t received the refund yet.
