I’ve just cancelled my account and this was done within 48 hours, it says as I have used mapping I’m only getting a part refund and will need to cancel the domain mapping and then contact customer support for the full refund. How do I do this?

As stated on the refund page in the support area of WordPress.com:
How will you refund my payment?
You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about a week to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it may take 5-7 business days to appear on your online bank account or in 1-2 billing statements.
If it has not processed yet and has been more than 5-7 business days, I’ll also be tagging this with modlook just in case so we can get staff to verify the status for you. Hope this helps. Happy New Year!

I’ve refunded the remaining £11 for a total refund of £30.00.
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days I suggest inquiring with your bank about any possible delays. It is also helpful to know how the refund will be listed in the statement as that varies bank to bank.
