  Hi there, I don’t see an option for a refund. I paid WordPress on December 23.. then disputed the charge to cancel it which was an error. So I paid the $27.00 to reactive to then get a refund, as your website suggested I do. I still don’t see an option to gt a refund.

  Hi there,

  We cannot refund a disputed charge until the chargeback is resolved, but it appears in this case the chargeback has indeed been closed and I was able to issue a refund for your Business Plan. You should receive it in about 10 business days, but this varies based on your bank and country where you hold your account.
