    I accidentally purchased the wrong thing and can only work out how to get a partial refund – please advise for rest of refund?

    Which upgrade did you purchase in error?

    We need details please.
    1. What is the domain URL? Do you want to use the domain URL on another site?
    2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
    3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
    4. When was the upgrade purchased?
    5. When did the refund request and upgrade cancellation take place?

    Hi annasaville,

    From looking at your account, I can see you have already cancelled your purchases. I’ve just refunded the remaining amount to you.

    It usually takes around 7 days for a refund to reach your account.
