There customer service, I took a plan today but after trying out the software I decided to ask for a refund. It was said that a complete refund would be given, but I noticed that the refund was 73 euros, and the payed amount is 99 euro’s. I think the 26 euro’s for the costum domain hasn’t been refunded, is this possible?

3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
4. When was the upgrade purchased?
