  I havn’t gotten my refund and it is a month ago, what is happening???

  Hi there,

  From looking at your account I can see the refund for your Personal plan was issued on 10-Dec-2016.

  You can view the receipt in your billing history here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  I appreciate you’ve been waiting a couple of weeks but it can take banks some time to process refunds. As you haven’t received it yet, the next step is to contact your bank. You can use the transaction ID in the receipt as a reference for the refund (please do not post this information to this forum).
