  Hi I canceled my annual Pro subscription a month ago, the site was only used for 1 month before cancelation. When will I get the remainder of the WPPro money back?

  Hi there:

  WordPress.com subscriptions can be canceled for a refund within 14 days of purchase or renewal – the only exception being that domain registrations must be canceled within 96 hours of purchase. Unfortunately, we also don’t process pro-rated refunds, so you would have needed to request the cancellation within those 14 days to be eligible for a refund.

  I understand not getting a refund for services but the Pro subscription says it is 15.99 a month and you only bill it by the year so I want a refund for the 11 months not yet used.
