  Good Afternoon,

  I have just cancelled my business subscription as it had 10 months still to go and i am using wordpress as the basis to build my site with an IT developer. I have only used 60 days of the service and have cancelled but i didnt see details anywhere of a refund (the remaining 10 months of the service), could you please confirm whether i will get the remaining 10 months refunded to my bank account. I thought if i cancelled i would be refunded as it is a subscription service but billed annualy.

  From looking at your account I can confirm your Business plan has been cancelled.

  I’ve just issued you a refund for the plan amount. Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement.
