Refund

I was sent a bill for Akismet.
I have not used WordPress in years.
I should have no subscriptions. I should not be getting charged for anything by WordPress.
I am also really disgusted by the cyclical nature of your ‘customer support’, and the fact that you have nobway to be called about things that you are charging money for.
I need any and all accounts associated with my email stopped and closed. I need a refund for any/all charges. -
Wow… and this wasn’t even sent to “customer support”, it’s posted in the forums?? wtf? how am I supposed to get a refund from you people???

It looks like you’ve already submitted two tickets to them as well, so please be patient while waiting for a reply there. We can’t help with this in the WordPress.com forums.
You don’t own any sites or upgrades on WordPress.com.

Thanks for your response. FYI I wrote these posts before finally finding an email to write to.
Also FYI this is where their email sent me. The link you posted was not included. You should let them know that they should not be linking you if you do not have anything to do with it.
