Hello, I would like to be refunded and cancel all of my plans, where do I need to go to do that?

It all depends on when the plans you have were created and if they were created here at WordPress.com. Refunds can only be requested if less than 30 days have elapsed (48 hours for domains). If you are too late for a refund you can cancel the plans to make sure they don’t auto renew next year.

Hi there,
I’ve had a look at your account and there are no active upgrades. Your Premium plan was cancelled and the amount was refunded to you on 20-Dec-2016.
