REFUND

I requested a refund well within the 48 hour period, it hadn’t even been 12 hours. I spoke with one of your employees via chat, but am not seeing the refund on my bank statement and am continuing to get emails from you guys regarding my server. When can I expect this refund? I am very unhappy about this.

Hi @michelleandrea1249, I can see you were refunded on the 17th. The funds have left our account but they are still in routing. Please allow five business days for that to appear on your statement.
