  I selected to cancel and refund my renewal 3 weeks ago and still have not received my refund. Need to know when the funds will be returned to my account.

  Hi there,

  I can see you cancelled a Domain Mapping upgrade on 14-Jan-2017, but the amount wasn’t refunded when you did do. I’ve just refunded $13 to you!

  Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement. You can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:
