Hi I made a refund request recently which I was successful however. I have only received one payment of £11 and the rest have not followed. I can see on my billing it has – on the ones that I’m supposed to get refunded for apart from the one that is Jan 19, 2017

I can confirm that you’ve been refunded for a Business plan and domain mapping, a custom domain, and a G Suite subscription.
Refunds usually take around 10 business days to appear in your account. This is due to the processing time by your bank. So I’d give this a few more days, and then try following up with your bank regarding the refunds.
In the receipts in your billing history there are transaction IDs from our payment processor that you can provide to your bank as a reference for the transactions.

You don’t need to be concerned about that. The refund was completely processed on our end on 19 January. Removing your payment details will not prevent you from receiving the refund.
