I see you you fully refunded me on wordpress.com but in my bank account it looks like the money went out again on the 25th (i.e. -36.88, instead of 38.66 (should look like this when it is refunded)). Could you pls adv? In manage purchases it says refunded. Just want to make sure I got a refund back properly.

Hi there,
You will need to ask your bank to check how they show refunds on their statements. Every bank does this differently, so without seeing your actual statement I have no way of knowing what anything on it means :)
Based on your account logs we refunded your payment for Personal two days ago, on the 25th. Refunds typically take around 10 business days to appear in your account, so the refund shouldn’t be showing on your statement at all yet, but your bank is in a better position to advise you on the current status of the refund.
All I’m able to do is confirm that it’s definitely been processed on our end. You can view a receipt for the refund containing a transaction ID from our payment processor here:
