Refund

    Hello!

    I contacted you a few months back regarding a cancellation of the account and refund of the payment. You cancelled the membership and confirmed to refund the money to my bank account, but I never received the money. Can you please do a check up on this for me? What account number did you send the money to?

    The refund was processed by us on October 31st, 2016. It may have taken up to ten business days to reach you.

    That said, sometimes banks do weird things like issue a credit not a line-item refund, and it isn’t obvious that you have been refunded.

    I suggest contacting your bank to clarify the details of the refund.
