I cancelled my upgrade on the 24th April and can’t find a refund for this in my accounts. Please can you let me know when this will be received.

I’m showing that you requested the cancellation before your bank transferred funds to us. Therefore, a refund would not have been issued; instead, your bank would have likely removed the temporary charge from your account. Consequently, you need to check with them to follow up on that cancelled transaction.
