  Hiya, I’m not sure I’ve received my refund after cancellation of my website and domain?

  Howdy,

  I’m seeing a refund as having been processed on 2022-06-01. So you should be all set. Please keep in mind that while many refunds show up withing 24-48 hours, it is not unusual for them to take up to 7-10 days. And in rare cases, typically with non USA banks, even longer.

  Yes the refund was processed but I haven’t seen the money come back into my bank account yet?

  As staff-ozmodiar mentioned, refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank.

  Please follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
