  I have checked my bank statements and can no longer see any transactions for the domain I payed for and requested a refund for. I have not received the refund and can’t find anyone to talk to

  Howdy,

  I’m seeing a refund as having been processed on 2022-06-01. So you should be all set. Please keep in mind that while many refunds show up withing 24-48 hours, it is not unusual for them to take up to 7-10 days. And in rare cases, typically with non USA banks, even longer.

  However, what might be happening in this case is that since the refund was requested the same day that the original charge was made, banks will sometimes just cancel the original charge instead of processing and then sending an actual refund. I would encourage you to check with your bank to see if this is the case.
