No problem. I can definitely help you with this. The first step is that you’ll need to cancel the payment dispute. Once that is removed we can refund the money.

I cancelled the dispute 5 days ago. I did not hear from you. So i again disputed the payment since you went quite.

I checked in with our payment team about this case just to make sure I wasn’t missing any details here.
The payment dispute is still active and has not been removed from PayPal yet. Can you give them a call to follow up on it? Typically, the cancellation is instantaneous, but in this case it does not seem to have gone through as I am unable to release the funds.
Let me know once you’ve been in touch with them and I will take another look.

I’m still not able to release the funds. Can you get in touch with PayPal on the phone to inquire why it has not processed yet? Typically, this happens pretty instantaneously.

The case was closed by PayPal. But you haven’t refunded me yet. What is happening? Am I being scammed by WordPress? or what is wrong. Please refund me ASAP since you told me to close the case. I am really frustrated by WordPress.

Yes, I processed the $299 refund to the ikonye2000 account. It could take up to ten days to reach you.
