  I took a look, and it doesn’t look like there’s any history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into, so we’re limited to what we can help with and advise here.

  Can you let us know the URL of the site where the upgrade was purchased? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.
