I recently purchased the domain name and haven’t done anything. I have also deleted/canceled the domain within 96 hours. However, still didn’t get the refund.

Thanks for confirming. Looking at your account, the purchase was made on June 10, 2022. However, the cancellation request for the domain and plan was not made until today (June 26, 2022), which is three days past the refund window for the plan and 13 days past the refund window for the newly registered domain.
Since the cancellation request was outside our refund window, no refund was issued.
I hope that clarifies things.
