  I got an email that I will be refunded the $18 for my domain name but don’t see anything about the $96 subscription. I MUST GET A REFUND FOR THIS ASAP

  I’m showing you were refunded both the $18 and $96 fees earlier today. You can see the refund receipts for both on your account purchases page:
