Hi there,
I see we issued your refund on 29 June.
Refunds can take up to ten business days to reflect in your account, and that further depends on processing times at your bank. Please contact them directly if you still don’t see the refund after ten business days.
Also note that as you cancelled on the same day as the original payment, your bank might process this as a reversal rather than a refund. In that case they usually just remove the original charge from your statement, and you won’t see a separate entry for a refund.

Hi,
Just wanted to confirm, even tho they might process this as a reversal would I still get my money back? -
You’ll still get your money back, yes :)
We’ve definitely refunded you. You can see the receipt for that refund at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
So the only question here is how your bank will process and indicate that refund on your statement on their end.

Okay, because on my bank account it says that is still pending and that you haven’t taken the money at all so I just wanted to make sure. So after you get them, will I get them refunded automatically or?
-
Hi,
On our end it’s refunded. How the bank processes that refund (charging and refunding or just a simple removal of the charge as if it never existed) is up to them. Their support team would have more advice on the subject.

Hi,
It is confusing me because when I log in on my bank account the transaction is still pending and it says that it hasn’t been taken from your side so the bank cannot refund that. And it’s been 6 days now. Is there something you can do about that? -
It’s still pending because the bank has placed a hold on the funds. You need to wait for them to release that hold.
We don’t have any control over that process. On our end, the refund has already been concluded. It’s entirely up to your bank now, when those funds will be released and become available yet.
