  You are no longer eligible for a full refund because you canceled the upgrade on 2022-07-08, which was 7 days after purchase. New domain registrations must be canceled within 96 hours to receive a refund. Therefore you were only refunded £36 – please note it may take 7-10 days for the credit to show up in your bank account.
