  I cancelled my premium subscription couple days ago. I havent received the refund yet. I payed $99. Feb 4, 2017 Jetpack Premium Yearly

  Hi there,

  It takes 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your account. I’m sure that the other refund took around that amount of time. If you do not see anything by the end of next week, I’ll contact our payments team, but records show we released the funds and are no longer in possession.
