I requested for a refund on Feb 4, 2017 Jetpack Premium Yearly within a day of purchasing it. However I still havent received my refund. I have checked my CC and called them as well to confirm.

Unfortunately, you failed to provide any details. Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. Also, if you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.
What is the username account and the site URL does this relate to?
