  Hi there,

  I see you bought Pro on 8 July, and then you renewed that same plan on 9 July. So when you cancelled, only the renewal payment was refunded.

  I’ve processed the refund for your original payment as well. You can see receipts for both refunds at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
