1. What is the domain URL? Do you want to use the domain URL on another site?
2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
4. When was the upgrade purchased?
5. If applicable, when did the refund request and upgrade cancellation take place?re: Refunds
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours. It takes from 1 – 2 weeks or 10 business days for the refund to be received.re: Canceling upgrades
Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. I see that we processed the refund of $99 back on 2/3. It can take upwards to 10 business days for the refund to post to your account. So, you should be seeing something by the end of the week. Please touch base if you do not see anything by Friday. However, I checked and verified that the funds have been released by us – we no longer have them. You can also contact your bank to see if they see anything in the process of posting.
