    I would like a refund of my premium account, and I’m not very sure on how to go about that since I’ve paid using Paypal

    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours. It takes from 1 – 2 weeks or 10 business days for the refund to be received.

    re: Canceling upgrades
    Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.

    You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

    1. What is the domain URL? Do you want to use the domain on anther site?
    2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
    3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
    4. When was the upgrade purchased?

    All WordPress.com upgrades except domains can be cancelled for a full refund within 30 days of purchase here:

    However, it looks like you have filed a chargeback in order to try and obtain a refund — this means the payment is now frozen. If you would like a refund, the chargeback/dispute should be cancelled and a refund requested from us directly. There is more information about the process here:
