  Hi, may i know why i cant full refund after 2 purchase?!! and there is not any T&C for us to refer before i purchase second time.

  Your account is showing that you have been part refunded for the Personal plan. I’ve refunded the remaining $18 to you.

  Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement. You can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:
