I cancelled my account just 2 hours after I created it and I was supposed to get a full refund per your cancellation policy. I see the $35.88 debit from my account, but there was never a full refund issued. I only see a $9.88 refund. I would like my full refund. Your policy states I have 48 hours to cancel to receive a full refund.
