    I am cancelling my wordpress and have only been given the option for a refund of 22 dollars and would like the 36 dollar refund also or an explanation on why I am not receiving it.

    Hi there,

    From looking at your account I can see you cancelled your Personal plan but only part of the cost was refunded. I’ve just refunded the remaining $13 to you.

    Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement. You can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:
