  I have cancelled my subscription within the 30 days but I didn’t receive a confirmation email of the cancellation. When will I receive my refund?

  Hi there,

  From looking at your account I can see you cancelled your Domain Mapping upgrade but it didn’t trigger a refund. I’ve just refunded €13 to you.

  Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement — although this can be a little longer if you are based outside the US. You can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:
