  Hello,
  I purchased Personal Plan and paid $35.88, and then upgraded to Premium Plan and paid $63.12, which was the difference of $99 and $35.88.
  Next, I cancelled my Premium Plan and became Free Plan user, but I only got $63.12 back.
  I want my $35.88 refunded.
