I canceled my subscription after it went through but I do not see the option for a refund. Can I get a refund for the cancellation?

Hi there!
We have a 14-day refund policy for yearly plans. Since your renewal was on July 1 and cancelled July 29, you were well outside our refund period which is why you did not have an option for a refund.
We can restore your plan if you like since you’re not eligible for a refund. Just let us know and we can restore it to your account.
