I purchased of multiple items on 4 Nov. 2022 (Receipt# 73872573) 48€. But I cancelled this subscription and waited 2-3 weeks for a refund. But unfortunately, I did not receive a refund. Can you please check the reason?

I can see the purchase was cancelled outside of the refund window, so a refund wouldn’t be eligible at that time.
If you wish, I can restore the purchases so that you can make use of the time left on the subscriptions?
