    Hi, I signed up for a premium site using my .com, paid $96 and then cancelled but only was refunded $78. I think you kept $18 for transferring my .com to your wordpress.com, which I don;t want. Please help.

    I have processed the rest of that refund for you, so you should be all set. Please keep in mind that while many refunds show up withing 24-48 hours, it is not unusual for them to take up to 7-10 days. And in rare cases, typically with non USA banks, even longer.
