Refund?

    Hi, I would like to get a refund for the subscription and domain I didn’t use and never set up. I did not realize that you would charge my card for the renewal a month before it expired. Since I canceled this and no longer use it, and have never used it. I would like to get a refund for this next year that was charged to my card. Thank you!

    About the plan renewal refund:

    WordPress.com two-year or annual plans are refundable within 14 days of purchase or renewal.

    You can request a refund in your admin panel.

    Howdy,

    I’ve processed that refund for you. So you should be all set. Please keep in mind that while many refunds show up withing 24-48 hours, it is not unusual for them to take up to 7-10 days. And in rare cases, typically with non USA banks, even longer.
