  Hi as I cancel and click refund same day when I bought subscription because i did not know how it work by mistake so they said will receive refund in 2weeks so I have not received Please help me solve the issue thank you, I want my refund.

  I can see a refund was processed on the account.

  This should appear within 10 working days of the refund being requested.

  If this is not appearing on the statement, we’d recommend reaching out to the payment provider to find out where this has landed.
