  Is it possible to get a refund for the purchase of a theme? I just purchased yesterday and I am having too much trouble trying to get it to work as the demo I saw. I have not been able to find answers to my issues and it is becoming more time consuming to setup than I would like.

  Hi there,

  Is it possible to get a refund for the purchase of a theme?

  If a Premium theme doesn’t work out we offer a full refund up to 30 days from purchase.

  I just purchased yesterday and I am having too much trouble trying to get it to work as the demo I saw.

  I’m happy to you give some advice on setting your theme up. Or have you decided you would rather get a refund?
