  I canceled my account and would like to be refunded my money. I did not even have the account for more than an hour or 2

  When you cancelled your plan you were refunded $17.88. I’ve just refunded the remaining $18 for you.

  Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement. You can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:
