    Hi there. I would like to confirm that a refund is headed my way. I cancelled my yearly plan but haven’t seen a confirmation email. Please advise.

    Hi there!

    You were sent a confirmation email a couple of hours ago with the subject line [WordPress.com] Upgrade cancelled and refunded.

    Of note: confirmation email may be in one of the Gmail tabs (Social, Promotions, etc) or the Junk folder. You can search for the above email subject to find the confirmation email in your inbox.

    You can also confirm this by going to your purchases page:

    https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

    Please note it may take 7-10 days for the credit to show up in your bank account.
