  i cancel domain transfer in the same day and when I clicked refund only 6 dollars gets refunded but I paid 24 dollar?

  Please do not create duplicate threads. I’ve removed your other posts and will reply to you here.

  When you purchased the Personal plan, it looked like you also indicated you wanted to transfer in the domain dellyv.com. Unfortunately, we don’t automatically refund the cost of the domain in these instances because the domain may be mid-transfer.

  I just checked on our end and the transfer was never initialized. Since it’s still within our refund window, I refunded that $18 back to you. Please note it may take 7-10 days for the credit to show up in your bank account.
