REFUND

I would like to see a refund for this amount please. I did not use the products and have been trying to consistently find ways to get in touch with you guys via email, chat, and phone. I even sent a dispute via PayPal 2 weeks ago and have never heard anything about this. Please help.

I’ve just refunded the remaining $26 of your Premium plan — the rest had already been refunded on 2017-02-19.
Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement. You can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:

Chargebacks are a tool for fraud prevention and are not intended as a mean of obtaining a refund. WordPress.com cannot issue a refund while a dispute is active:
